Delivery Timeframes

• Greater Cairo: 2 to 3 business days
• Other Governorates: 2 to 5 business days

Packaging

To preserve the quality and elegance of your purchase, every order is delivered in a securely sealed package — because first impressions matter, even at your doorstep.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event (less than 1% of cases) that a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace the product with a new item of the same type and cover all shipping and replacement costs — no questions asked.
