14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange through our website — no need to contact customer support.

How It Works

2. Our team reviews and confirms your request
3. Once approved, we arrange the return pickup

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• With all original tags still attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a free exchange or full refund — and we cover all shipping costs.

Return Shipping

A flat shipping fee of 90 EGP applies to standard returns and exchanges. This fee is waived for defective or incorrect items.
